Tight manages to be cozy with a touch of rustic elegance, creating a unique atmosphere as a culinary Aladdin's cave. One does not expect to find a restaurant like this so close and yet so secluded from the tourist flow
Fresh and homemade
it is a gastronomic Aladdin's Cave, which calls itself a Nordic cuisine, but it must be taken with a large grain of salt. Because here the Nordic is interpreted through an international optics, where inspiration is drawn from the big world. South and Central America, the islands of the Caribbean Sea, Asia and Hawaii. Added ideas from the tapas world. Does that sound like a messy stew? That is far from it. Like another North Cape, you can easily stand out and discover the world outside and still have roots in a pre-Danish philosophy of memorable food and the guest's good experience
